Refund policy

At Maaee Jewels, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Return Requirements:

• Include your order receipt or proof of purchase.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

How to Request a Refund:
Email us at maaeejewels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions. Once we receive the item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item for a different piece, email us at maaeejewels@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at maaeejewels@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
